Exam Details & Admit Card
- UPSC has announced 357 Assistant Commandant vacancies for CAPFs including BSF, CRPF, CISF, ITBP, and SSB
- The written test is scheduled for 3 August 2025, covering two papers on the same day:
- Paper 1: General Ability & Intelligence (Objective, 250 marks)
- Paper 2: General Studies, Essay & Comprehension (Conventional, 200 marks)
How to Download the Admit Card
Follow these steps to obtain your UPSC CAPF AC Admit Card:
- Go to upsc.gov.in or upsconline.nic.in.
- Click on “e‑Admit Cards” → select CAPF AC Admit Card 2025 link.
- Log in using your Registration ID or Roll Number and DOB, and enter the Captcha.
- Admit card will be displayed on screen. Download and print multiple copies for safety.
You can Use the “Forgot RID?” option if you don’t remember your Registration ID
What’s on the Admit Card
After downloading, verify the following details carefully:
- Candidate’s name and photograph
- Roll number and Registration ID
- Parent’s name
- Date of birth, caste and gender
- Exam date, time, venue and center code
- Instructions and guidelines for the exam day
If you spot any wrong or missing details, contact UPSC immediately for correction.
Documents & Items to Carry on Exam Day
Please carry the following to the exam center:
- Printed copy of the CAPF AC admit card
- A valid original photo ID (Aadhar Card, Voter ID, Passport, PAN Card, etc.)
Do not carry:
- Mobile phones, smartwatches, calculators, or electronic gadgets
- Snacks, beverages, notes or books
- Bags or other prohibited items not mentioned in instructions

- Admit cards for later stages—Physical Efficiency Test, Physical Standards Test, and Interview—will be issued separately before those rounds commence I
- The CAPF AC selection process includes three stages:
- Written Test (Paper 1 and 2)
- Physical / Medical Test
